Refund Policy

AppSumo Purchases

If you purchased through AppSumo, refunds are handled directly by AppSumo according to the terms shown on your deal page. Please start your request from your AppSumo account.

Direct Purchases (PayPal)

• Window: 14 days from the purchase date.
• Eligibility: Email us from the purchase email with your receipt and reason. Abuse or excessive usage may be excluded.
• How to request: Write to support@nextlevelaiteam.com with subject line “Refund Request”.
• Processing: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once approved.

Exchanges & Duplicates

If you accidentally purchased more than once, contact us and we’ll resolve it by refunding duplicates or extending access appropriately.
